Who we are

Nonstop Scout (nonstopscout.com and the Nonstop Scout app) is operated by Grand Roma LLC, a Michigan limited liability company. By using the site or the app you agree to these terms.

The information we publish

Route, frequency, season and fare information comes from U.S. Department of Transportation filings, which describe flights that already operated and tickets already sold, a few months after the fact. It is not an airline schedule or a price quote. Routes start, pause and end without notice, so always confirm with the airline or a booking site before you plan or buy anything. We provide the information as is and do not guarantee that it is complete, current or free of errors.

Links to other sites

Links to flight search, hotels and activities take you to other companies' sites, under their own terms. Some of those links pay us a commission if you book; it never changes which routes or fares we show.

Nonstop Scout Pro

Pro is a subscription, $9 a month or $90 a year in U.S. dollars, plus any tax that applies. It adds CSV exports of airport route data and route alerts for more than one airport. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card.

• Renewal. Your plan renews automatically at the end of each month or year and charges the card on file until you cancel.
• Cancelling. Cancel any time from the Pro page (Manage billing). Pro stays on until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again.
• Switching plans. You can move between monthly and annual from Manage billing; Stripe works out any difference for the current period.
• Refunds. If Pro isn't what you expected, write to us within 14 days of a charge and we will refund it. After that, charges are not refunded, but cancelling stops the next one.
• Price changes. We will email you at least 30 days before a price change takes effect on your plan.

Exports

Pro exports are for your own use and your organization's internal use, including in reports and presentations with credit to Nonstop Scout and the U.S. DOT. Please don't resell them or publish them as a dataset of your own.

Acceptable use

Don't scrape the site in bulk, overload it, misuse the alert or sign-in forms, or try to get around the limits on free accounts. We may suspend accounts that do.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Grand Roma LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or the app, including travel plans made on the basis of the information here, and its total liability to you is limited to what you paid for Pro in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do; material changes to Pro will be emailed to subscribers. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
